Pre-Registration for ALL Players
Please pre-register
by mail using the printable REGISTRATION FORM. If registration form and required fees (cheques payable to St Catharines CYO Rebels Basketball dated no later than September 8, 2012) are
sent by mail and postmarked no later than Wednesday
September 5, 2012, it will NOT be necessary for you to attend the
registration and your position will be reserved and protected.
Registration for ALL Players
Registration will be held on Saturday, September 8,
2012, at Holy Cross High School, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
If
you do not pre-register, you MUST register in
person.
House League Fees
Novice $145.00Atom and Bantam $160.00Midget and Juvenile $135.00Family rate for 3rd or additional children is $110.00
(Increase for this year required to provide for new school board user fees for weekend use of facilities)
Receipts
Receipts for the Canada Child Fitness tax credit will be available at registration or from your coach/convener in February and March.

Volunteer Information
As with any organization, it takes many
people to volunteer their time and talents to make each season
successful. If you
are interested, please check this area off in the volunteer section
of the registration form and you will be contacted to assist. |

Coach/Assistant Coach
We
require coaches who are willing to make the
game FUN for our players. We have written guidelines and many experienced coaches ready to assist

Referees/Scorers
Are you over 16 years old and interested in refereeing or running the scoreclock and completing the scoresheet? Are you willing to attend a training session? Indicate this on the form and we will call you for a training session.. |

Media Contact
We need
people to fill out game results each
week and email, fax or drop results to
the local newspaper. |
